Predmet nabave se isporučuje sukcesivno, prema zahtjevu za isporuku Naručitelja i dostavlja na mjesta isporuke u roku koji ne može biti duži od 5 kalendarskih dana od dana slanja zahtjeva za isporuku (sukladno ponudi ponuditelja). U krajnjem roku izvršenja moraju biti izvršene sve ugovorne obveze Ugovaratelja.
