1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej dla Zamawiającego, w ramach wspólnego zamówienia przeprowadzonego dla Miasta Poznania, jego jednostek organizacyjnych, a także innych podmiotów należących do grupy zakupowej (łącznie 54 uczestników grupy zakupowej) wskazanych w pkt III. 1. 1) SWZ. 2) Łączny wolumen energii elektrycznej dla całej grupy zakupowej wynosi 94 908,430 MWh. 3) Specyfikacja zużycia energii elektrycznej przez poszczególne punkty poboru należące do Zamawiającego, zestawienie taryf dla typów odbiorów oraz podział na strefy, zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 4) Szczegółowy opis warunków realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określony został we wzorach umów, stanowiących załączniki nr 3-56 do SWZ. 5) Zamawiający wymaga, by Wykonawca posiadał zawartą umowę z Operatorem Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (OSD), tj. Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. oraz PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. na świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej przez OSD (dotyczy Wykonawców niebędących właścicielem sieci dystrybucyjnej).
