Description

Die Stadt Halle (Saale) plant die Erschließung und Aufwertung eines Uferbereiches entlang der Weißen Elster und der Saale einschließlich des grundhaften Neubaus eines touristischen Radweges sowie der erforderlichen ufersichernden Maßnahmen im Rahmen der GRW-Förderung. Das zu bearbeitende Teilstück Am Hohen Ufer befindet sich in der Gemarkung Ammendorf und hat eine Länge von 1.550m. Die Planungsleistungen für das Gesamtvorhaben sind unterteilt in Freianlagenplanung (Wege- und Landschaftsbau) sowie die Planung der Ingenieurbauwerke (Ufersicherung). Die Freianlagenplanung liegt bis einschl. LP 4 bereits vor, die bauvorbereitenden Maßnahmen sind bzw. werden bereits umgesetzt. Im Zuge dieser Ausschreibung werden die Leistungsphasen 5 und 6 sowie 8 (s. Pkt 4. Angaben zur Vergabe) für den Wegebau und die im Baufeld liegenden Ausgleichs- und Ersatzmaßnahmen vergeben. Die externen A+E-Maßnahmen (Waldersatz) sind nicht Bestandteil der Vergabe. Die Planung der Ufersicherung und wurde gesondert beauftragt und ist in der Freianlagenplanung zu berücksichtigen und einzuarbeiten, um Überschneidungen zu vermeiden. Vom Auftraggeber werden die folgenden Unterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt: • Bestandspläne (Höhe / Lage), • Leitungsbestandspläne, • Maßnahmenpläne (Übersichtsplan, Lagepläne Ost / Mitte / West, Fachbeitrag mit Maßnahmeplan), • Entwurfsplanung bzw. aktueller Planstand Ufersicherung
