Factory pharmaceutical preparations and medicinal foods

The contracting authority wishes to procure, based on the framework distribution agreement to be concluded, various prescription and over-the-counter medicines and other preparations (including magistral preparations and raw materials), and medical devices through framework agreements for pharmacies providing outpatient pharmaceutical care, through framework agreements to be concluded for the respective lots. The places of performance: Based on the founding document and operating license of the contracting authority, it operates public pharmacies as part of the Siófok Hospital-Outpatient Clinic. The name of the pharmacy is: Borostyán Pharmacy. The subject of the procurement in Lot 1 is factory pharmaceutical preparations and medicinal foods. The contracting authority defines the contract quantity in a framework amount: Lot 1: Factory pharmaceutical preparations and medicinal foods net HUF 146,534,556 / 12 months (net HUF 293,069,112 / 24 months). The duration of the framework agreement is: 24 months + 12 months (option). The scope of individual orders during the 12-month optional period following the 24-month contract period will be the same as the framework amounts indicated above for 12 months. The contracting authority will order the products with the frequency and content according to its needs through individual orders. The tenderer may not specify a minimum unit in terms of quantity or value for the products that can be ordered at one delivery time.
