Předmětem plnění je výstavba velké víceúčelové tělocvičny s hledištěm pro 100 až 150 diváků, která bude napojena na školu propojovací chodbou. Součástí je vybudování venkovního parkoviště. Souvisejícími dodávkami bude ozvučovací technika, časomíra s ukazatelem skóre, vhodné osvětlení, akustické řešení dozvuk, odrazivost. Předmětem plnění je dále vyhotovení podkladů pro vedení DTM dle § 5 vyhlášky č. 393/2020 Sb. V rámci předmětu plnění bude použita metoda vytváření otevřené strukturované databáze informací o stavbě Building Information Modeling (dále jen „BIM“) dle přílohy smlouvy „Požadavky digitalizace a BIM“, zejména zpracování digitálního modelu stavby (DIMS) ve stupni Dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby, použití Společného datového prostředí (dále jen „CDE“) a zpracování Plánu realizace BIM (BEP). Předmětem plnění je zajištění pravomocného kolaudačního rozhodnutí, popřípadě změnu stavby před dokončením.
