Description

Le présent marché est un marché public de services ayant pour objet les fournitures, transports, main-d’œuvre et tous les moyens d'exécution relatifs aux entretiens et dépannages des installations thermiques et de ventilations dans les bâtiments scolaires et administratifs de la Communauté française (*) et de la S.P.A.B.S. Hainaut localisés sur le territoire géré par la Direction du Hainaut de la Direction générale des infrastructures dans le cadre de sa mission. Le présent marché divisé en six lots correspondant à six zones géographiques définies ci-après. Tous les lots comprennent les mêmes prestations. Les six lots ne peuvent pas être assumés par un seul entrepreneur. Deux lots au maximum peuvent être attribués à un entrepreneur. Toutefois, en fonction du nombre d’offres régulières, l’Administration pourra le cas échéant attribuer à un soumissionnaire plus de deux lots afin de garantir l’exécution des prestations dans tous les lots de la Province de Hainaut sous le couvert de cette procédure ouverte.
