HA26010 Framework Agreement Ink Cartridges and Toner

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of framework agreements for the cost center-related supply of "ink cartridges and toner" to the departments and facilities of the City of Karlsruhe as well as the European School. The departments are located at various sites throughout the city. The service will be tendered in two lots. Offers can be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 requires original products from the device manufacturer, and Lot 2 requires technically equivalent alternative products compatible with the respective printer model. The tendered quantities are based on the estimated procurement volumes of the users and the consumption volumes of previous years, calculated for one year. These calculated quantities may vary depending on the internal disposition of the departments and facilities ordering from the framework agreement, with the gross final offer price per lot not to be exceeded by more than 50% (maximum value, incl. peripheral assortment). If this is reached, the contract is considered fulfilled and the contractual relationship expires. The contracting authority has no obligation to purchase, and minimum purchase quantities are not guaranteed. Contractors have no right to demand the purchase of the specified quantities or the corresponding remuneration or lost profits.
