Original language: fiKilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto (jäljempänä ”KKV” tai "virasto") kilpailuttaa viraston sisäiseen käyttöön hakukoneen (Enterprise Search Engine). Kilpailutus koskee sopimuskautta. Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus ja vähimmäisvaatimukset, sekä hankinnan arvioitu laajuus löytyvät tästä tarjouspyynnöstä. Kilpailutettu sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Tavoitteena on, että sopimuskausi alkaa mahdollisimman pian kilpailutuksen jälkeen. Sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan molempien sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua hankintasopimuksen. Haetun ratkaisun tulee mahdollistaa tiedostojen etsimisen useasta eri tietolähteestä (mukaan lukien tietojärjestelmistä) yhdellä haulla. Haku ei saa edellyttää määrämuotoisten metatietojen määrittämistä etukäteen kohdetiedostoihin. Haun yhteydessä pitää pystyä rajaamaan tiedostotyyppejä, kuten tiedostot, kuvat ja videot. Haun käyttäjiä ovat kaikki KKV:n työntekijät. Hakujärjestelmän tulee olla valmis, toimiva, helppokäyttöinen, suomenkielinen, testattu kokonaisuus ja vaaditut perusominaisuudet on oltava käyttöönotettavissa sopimuskauden alkaessa.
