Deze inhuuropdracht is niet geschikt voor een ZZP-er in het kader van de wet DBA.Ingeschreven ZZP-ers (ook met tussenkomst van een bureau) worden niet meegenomen tijdens de beoordeling van de offertes.Medewerker gaat zorg dragen voor de repressieve handhaving binnen het team Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving: bij afwijkingen van de voorschriften, zoals geregeld in de vergunning/beschikking; sancties toepassen bij overtredingen; bestuursrechtelijke sanctiebeschikkingen en waarschuwingsbrieven opstellen; het bestuur en de portefeuillehouder informeren en voorlichten over de toepassing van gewijzigde wet- en regelgeving, gebruik openbaar gebied en dergelijke; collega?s adviseren op ingebrachte zienswijzen en een bijdrage leveren aan bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures.
