Description
The uninterrupted continuation of this contract is needed to keep providing remediation and the handling, cleanup, removal and disposal of hazardous chemicals, waste and materials, in accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations and possessing all Federal, State, City and Local regulatory licenses and permits, to provide these services. The services shall include transportation to a United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) approved Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF). The services shall require 24-hour Emergency Response for releases of hazardous substances, hazardous waste, hazardous materials and/or petroleum products.
