Original language: GermanDie drei Krankenhäuser Aurich, Emden, Norden sollen zu einer Klinik zusammengeführt werden. Geplant ist der Bau eines aufgelösten Komplexes aus mehreren Gebäuden mit den dazugehörigen Verkehrs-, Park- und Freiflächen. Mit der Zentralklinik entsteht ein modernes und zentral zwischen den Städten Aurich, Emden und Norden gelegenes 814-Betten-Haus auf einem 36 Hektar großen Areal in Uthwerdum. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich bei Uthwerdum ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Südbrookmerland im Landkreis Aurich in Ostfriesland. Die Erschließung des Geländes erfolgt über die südlich angrenzenden Bundesstraßen B72 und B21. Bestandteil der Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung der Hänge-/Stütz- und Tragkonstruktionen TGA und ELT in Bezug auf die Haupttrassen in den Gebäuden Versorgungszentrum, Somatik und Zentrum Seelischer Genesung - ausgenommen die Technikzentralen, Schächte und Medientunnel.
