De Opdracht betreft de integrale ontwerpopdracht (‘total engineering’) ten behoeve van de nieuwbouw van het Hanzehuis in aansluiting op de te handhaven Buitensociëteit en grote theaterzaal met annexen, inclusief de (her)inrichting van het terrein en het park (buitenruimte met terras, buitenpodium, fietsenstallingen, park en ontsluiting). Dit ontwerp zal in fases worden uitgevoerd: voorlopig ontwerp, definitief ontwerp en technisch ontwerp/bestek).
