Hankinta ylittää palveluhankintojen EU-kynnysarvon. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on sitoumuksetta n.400 000 € alv 0%. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo sisältää toistaiseksi voimassa olevan optiokauden. Hankintamenettelynä on avoin menettely.
