Original language: GermanDie Stiftung Familienwohnungen (SFW) schafft und vermietet preisgünstigen Wohnraum für kinderreiche Familien mit kleinen und mittleren Einkommen in der Stadt Zürich. Die SFW wurde 1924 von der Stadt Zürich als gemeinnützige, öffentlich-rechtliche Stiftung gegründet, mit dem Zweck, Wohnungen für kinderreiche Familien mit kleinem Einkommen zu beschaffen. Im Zuge der Professionaliserung wird nun die Hauswartung Infrastrukturell - Leistungsbereich (Safety&Security, Gebäudetechnik und Arealpflege)für 6 Wohnsiedlungen für drei Jahre (mit Option auf Verlängerung - 2 Jahre) ausgeschrieben. Die SFW sucht einen langfristigen, verlässlichen Partner, der gemeinsam mit uns hohe Qualitätsstandards und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit sicherstellt.
