Description

Le présent marché porte sur l'élaboration du projet d'assainissement au sens de l'article 17 de l'Ordonnance sur l'assainissement des sites pollués (OSites) pour le site contaminé de l'ancienne décharge de La Pila, située sur le territoire de la commune de Hauterive (FR) en Suisse. Une partie du site, correspondant à la zone haute de la décharge, nécessite un assainissement du point de vue de la protection des eaux de surface. La nécessité d'assainissement est liée à la présence de déchets contenant des condensateurs au PCB au sein du corps de la décharge. La variante d'assainissement retenue prévoit l'excavation de la zone haute de la décharge, représentant un volume d'environ 200'000 m³ de matériaux. Le plan de gestion et d'élimination des déchets ayant déjà été établi, le projet d'assainissement devra l'intégrer et en tenir compte dans son développement.
