HDD Drives

The goods are supplied according to the Buyer's request (in separate batches), within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (by any means of communication - fax, mail, email, etc.). Delivery of goods is carried out on DDP terms - Buyer's warehouse. The price of the goods includes: the cost of the goods, value added tax (VAT), its packaging, marking, transportation costs, delivery costs to the Buyer's address, other costs incurred by the Supplier (for insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees, etc.).
The procurement is carried out in accordance with the norms of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 (as amended) and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 14.09.2020 No. 822 "On approval of the Procedure for the formation and use of an electronic catalog" (as amended).
The Supplier does not offer goods originating from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
Payments are made on post-payment terms, in non-cash form, by transferring funds to the Supplier's account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the outgoing invoice(s) and/or the Goods acceptance certificate(s), subject to the availability of funds in the Buyer's account and as financing is received.
Justification for the need to refer to a specific trademark (manufacturer, etc.) - the customer procures goods by referring to the trade name of a specific manufacturer, as such a reference is necessary for the procurement of goods that best meet the customer's requirements and needs in terms of quality and medical-technical characteristics. Therefore, in order to adhere to the principles of maximum economy, efficiency and proportionality, the customer has decided to procure precisely these goods. In accordance with paragraph 2 of clause 12 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 12, 2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from its termination or cancellation" (as amended and supplemented): In the request for supplier proposals for the subject of procurement of goods, the value of which is less than 500 thousand hryvnias, the customer may determine information about the characteristics of the goods and their permissible values within the scope of the goods specification determined by the electronic catalog administrator.
