Health Program National Evaluation Consultants Organization Global Path Research and Analytics Posted 30 Jul 2026 Closing date 10 Aug 2026 About Global Path Research and Analytics (GPRA) Global Path Research and Analytics is an international research and evaluation firm supporting governments, NGOs, and development partners across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. We deliver high‑quality mixed‑methods research, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence synthesis that strengthens decision‑making in health, protection, education, and social development sectors. GPRA is expanding its network of national experts and seeks National Evaluation Consultants in the following countries: South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Angola, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Madagascar, Congo Position Summary Health program-National Evaluation Consultants will serve as GPRA’s in‑country focal points, supporting evaluation activities, stakeholder engagement, and high‑quality field research. Each consultant will coordinate evaluation tasks within their respective country and ensure ethical, safe, and culturally appropriate engagement of all stakeholders. This role is ideal for experienced health professionals with strong national networks and a commitment to evidence‑driven development. Key Responsibilities Represent GPRA at national level and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, research institutions, and community partners. Support evaluation design and coordinate fieldwork, including recruitment and supervision of data collectors, scheduling interviews, and facilitating qualitative and quantitative data collection. Ensure ethical, safe, and non‑discriminatory participation of all research participants. Facilitate access to stakeholders, health facilities, community organizations, and project sites. Support translation, transcription, and quality assurance of collected data. Provide contextual insights and contribute to analytical inputs for country‑specific reporting. Maintain regular communication with GPRA’s regional and global teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, development studies, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in evaluation, research, monitoring and evaluation, or project coordination. Strong networks with government, NGOs, and community‑based organizations in one of the listed countries . Demonstrated experience conducting interviews, focus groups, or field research. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English; fluency in relevant national languages is an asset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines. Desirable Qualifications Experience supporting international evaluations or multi‑country research projects. Familiarity with maternal health, gender‑based violence, health systems, or social protection programming. Experience coordinating field teams and managing logistics. Strong writing skills and ability to contribute to analytical outputs. Portuguese proficiency is desirable for Angola .
