Description

Cambridge City Council is seeking an experienced training provider to design and deliver a programme of learning, resources and support focused on health, wellbeing and personal resilience. The programme will support employees through the Government's Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), helping them navigate a period of significant organisational change. The Council is looking for a provider that can equip employees with practical tools and strategies to maintain physical and mental wellbeing, build resilience and sustain personal effectiveness in the face of uncertainty.
