Die Wärme- und Kälteversorgung des Neubaus erfolgt im Regelbetrieb au-tark und unabhängig von den versorgungstechnischen Anlagen des Be-standsgebäudes. Zwischen Neubau und Bestandsgebäude wird zusätzlich eine Verbund- bzw. Redundanzanbindung hergestellt. Diese dient der Aufrechterhaltung der Versorgungssicherheit sowie der gegenseitigen Unterstützung im Stö-rungs-, Wartungs- oder Ausfallfall.
