Vegagerðin býður hér með út endurnýjun á brú og aðlögun á vegi á Helgustaðavegi í Eskifirði/Reyðarfirði (954) yfir Helgustaðaá, um 8 km austan við Eskifjörð. Verkinu er skipt upp í tvo verkhluta þ.e. Ný brú yfir Helgustaðaá og aðlögun á vegi í aðkomu brúar. Núverandi brú verður rifin og bráðabirgðavegur og ræsi lagt fram hjá framkvæmdarsvæði á meðan framkvæmdur stendur. Ný brú (stokkur) er gerð úr forsteyptum einingum og verður sett í sama brúarstæði og eldri brú. Vegur í aðkomu brúar endurbættur á um 220 metra kafla Helstu magntölur eru: Verkinu skal að fullu lokið 15. desember 2026 með fyrirvara um að leyfismál tefji ekki fyrir verkáætlun verktaka.
