Helicopter transport with helicopter for planned and unplanned maintenance work and fault clearance operations: The contractor undertakes to provide a helicopter for planned maintenance work and primarily unplanned maintenance work/fault clearance operations in the client's OWF. Persons and material are to be transported between Emden or Borkum, depending on the client's request, and the OWF. Depending on the task planning, flying to multiple locations, including across parks, may be necessary. The contractor must ensure that a helicopter is available if the client has informed the contractor of the operation by 7 p.m. the day before for planned operations. For unplanned fault clearance operations, the contractor's helicopter must be ready for departure within a notice period to be agreed upon. The client expects a bid with flight minute prices excluding fuel for different minimum purchase quantities, specified in a matrix provided by the client upon request for bids. Flight minute prices may be awarded differently depending on weekdays. The helicopter's consumption must also be stated (if necessary, depending on wind and load). The helicopter must meet the requirements per lot under average wind conditions.
