Espoon kaupunki, Vantaan kaupunki sekä Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (jäljempänä myös "KLOY") ovat allekirjoittamallaan sopimuksella sopineet hankintayhteistyöstä koskien kaupunkipyöräpalvelujen hankintaa ns. hankintarenkaana (myöhemmin myös tilaaja tai tilaajaosapuoli).
