Hankintaan sisältyy koko HUSin laajuisen henkilöstökyselyn toteuttaminen sekä jatkuvat kyselyt uuden työntekijän kysely ja lähtevän työntekijän kysely. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy optiona mahdolliset muut lyhyet kyselytutkimukset erikseen tilatessa tarpeen mukaan. Henkilöstökysely toteutetaan mahdollisesti joka toinen vuosi suppeampana versiona.
