This includes, in particular, site setup, removal of existing topsoil and unsuitable soil layers, profile-compliant construction and compaction of the formation, and installation of the advertised frost protection, base, and surface layers. The excavated soil masses are to be excavated, loaded, transported, and utilized or disposed of in accordance with the specifications of the bill of quantities. The designated areas are to be constructed as grass grid paver areas or unbound gravel areas according to their later use. This also includes the necessary edging with kerbstones, connections to existing areas, and the formation of the specified heights and gradients. For the storage boxes, a level and sufficiently load-bearing installation surface is to be created. Subsequently, the concrete block stones are to be delivered and professionally erected to form two three-sided closed storage boxes. A storage box with an internal width of approximately 4.00 m and a storage box with an internal width of approximately 4.80 m are planned. Both boxes will have an internal depth of approximately 6.00 m and a height of approximately 1.60 m. The service also includes all necessary inspections, certifications, adaptation, connection, and ancillary works, as well as the final cleaning and handover of the completed areas.
