Het verzorgen van barbecues t.b.v. Evenementen Opdrachtgever: Ministerie van Defensie De opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) onderneming voor het op afroep verzorgen van barbecuearrangementen ten behoeve van Evenementen op defensielocaties in Nederland, inclusief de Waddeneilanden, alsmede op externe locaties die tijdelijk of permanent bij de Opdrachtgever in gebruik zijn. Per Evenement roept de Opdrachtgever pakketten en/of losse Producten af uit het assortiment zoals beschreven in het Programma van Eisen (bijlage 3). De arrangementen worden in twee varianten uitgevraagd: (i) voorgegaarde Producten die door de gasten zelf op de barbecue worden bereid, en (ii) niet-voorgegaarde (rauwe) Producten die uitsluitend door de Opdrachtnemer worden bereid. De Opdrachtgever verzorgt de ontvangst en begeleiding van de gasten, (sta- en buffet)tafels en zitgelegenheid, verlichting, bij regen een overkapping, afvalvoorziening en -verwerking, handwasvoorziening en elektra- en watervoorzieningen. De Opdrachtnemer verzorgt al het overige, zodanig dat hij zelfstandig in staat is de barbecue te verzorgen (waaronder gasbarbecues inclusief gas, personeel, servies, bestek, servetten en presentatie-/decoratiemiddelen).
