Hévíz Substation Quantities: - 2 pcs relay house (with installation and mechanics): gross 76 m2 - concrete paved road: 2800 m2 - fine landscaping: 28000 m2 - 400 kV monolithic reinforced concrete foundations with steel structure projections: 240 m3 - 132 kV and area lighting monolithic reinforced concrete foundations with steel structure projections: 978 m3 - 18 kV monolithic reinforced concrete foundations with steel structure projections: 27 m3 - construction of oil separator system, construction of rainwater drainage: 1 pc oil separator, 150 fm channel - monolithic and prefabricated cable channel: 470 fm - construction of 400 kV transformer foundation (incorporated concrete quantity): 170 m3 - substation fence 475 fm Fine landscaping of the area includes drainage, topsoil spreading in the affected area, and grassing, grass care until the first mowing (including mowing). Before starting the work, the Contractor must submit a professionally developed technological instruction (TU), sampling and certification plan (MMT), and a weekly indicative schedule for all work processes. Work cannot begin without the TU, MMT, and schedule approved by the Client. The Client cannot accept schedule slippage on the grounds that the Contractor could not start work due to the lack of approved TU+MMT. The daily working time must be determined in accordance with the substation service. The final completion of fine landscaping will be possible after the electrical technology team has withdrawn. During certain periods of the work processes, construction and technological installation specialists will be working on the site simultaneously. During these periods, work can be carried out with consideration for each other, hindering each other as little as possible. During foundation work, only the architectural tasks up to the installation of the steel structures to be concreted need to be performed; the production and erection of device support steel structures, lattice columns, and portals are not part of the task. The complete construction of the building is the task, including the execution of building services and electrical installation. Only the placement of necessary protective pipes for property and fire protection is included in the tender. There are high-voltage equipment operating in the substation area (outside the immediate work area). Special attention must be paid to the operating equipment during construction work; failure to comply with the relevant regulations may result in the Contractor being banned from the site. During construction, it is possible that utilities, cables, and grounding grids are located in the ground. The operational supervision may request manual excavation before starting earthworks. Construction water and electricity are provided during construction, but their routing to the work area within the substation and protection of the routing is the Contractor's responsibility. During construction, excavated soil that is not to be backfilled must be immediately removed; on-site deposition is not possible. Construction will be considered complete when the entire area affected by the work (including, but not limited to, the work area, topsoil depot, site facilities area, areas compacted by construction machinery, and areas compacted by electrical technology) has been finely landscaped and grassed. The winning bidder (AT) is responsible for fulfilling the conditions for starting actual work in the handed-over work area, which include in particular: the existence of all permits and documents necessary for the implementation of the construction, to be provided by them.
