High Content Microscopy Cellular Imaging System

This tender concerns the procurement of a "High Content" microscopy cellular imaging system through a purchase agreement. The system is intended for bacterial virulence studies, a multi-step experimental process involving the co-cultivation of bacterial and human cells. The primary objective is to visualize these cultures and monitor and quantify bacterial and human cell signatures during infection using custom-designed, multi-parameter, deep-learning-based algorithms. Key technical requirements for the proposed system include it being a confocal, laser-excited, benchtop cellular imaging device. It must be equipped with at least two cameras (with the possibility of expansion to four), four lasers, and a six-position objective turret. The system should facilitate the visualization of spheroids and organoids in XYZ or 3D views, in addition to standard cellular imaging. Each of the cameras must have a minimum resolution of 4 megapixels and support simultaneous image acquisition, with an upgrade path for additional cameras. Crucially, the system must include an environmental chamber for long-term live-cell kinetic studies, offering temperature control between 37-40°C and CO2 regulation between 1-10%. Furthermore, each camera should allow for the use of at least five emission filters, with the evaluation element supporting up to eight filters. All offered products must be new.
