Description
The funds for this contract have been provided through a grant from Modern Improvement Patient and Provider Act (MIPPA) under the Department for the Aging's (NYC Aging) Health Insurance Information Counseling Assistance Program (HIICAP) as the lead agency for the Medicare Part D and the Low-Income Subsidy Outreach project.
