Specifically, the consultant will facilitate immediate multi-sectoral liaison with key line ministries to provide support to draft the projects inception plan, establish the stakeholder engagement framework for the NSSS Action Plan Phase II rollout, and support in setting up reporting mechanisms to support high-level policy dialogues.Period of assignment/services:96 working days over a period of 5 monthsThe proposal should be submitted directly to the portal no later than the indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via the portals messaging functionality.
