Description

1. The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications through EPADS v2.0 from eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services for Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB) being managed by NAVTTC. 2. The objective of the intended process is to "HIRE INDEPENDENT VALIDATION AGENT / FIRM FOR PAKISTAN SKILL IMPACT BOND (PSIB)". The PSIB will require an independent verification mechanism to ensure that reported results are credible, consistent, and meet agreed definitions. The Independent Validation Agent (IVA) will be responsible for validating reported results and producing verification reports that trigger outcome payments. Instead of assessing program performance broadly, the IVA examines objective evidence tied directly to payment triggers, such as verified training completion/ certification, authentic job placements, and confirmed retention.
