High-resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer

This tender concerns the replacement of an existing high-resolution inductively coupled plasma (ICP) mass spectrometer at the Fraunhofer Center for Silicon Photovoltaics CSP. The center has operated such an instrument since 2008, which was supplemented in 2019 by a triple-quadrupole ICP-MS.
