Portable workstations and monitors

Procurement of portable workstations (with docking station, carrying case, adapter) and associated monitors for the Contracting Authority within the available net frame amount of HUF 582,864,629 + VAT. The portable workstations, their accessories defined in the procurement documents, and the monitors form a unit from a usability perspective, will be used together, and will be ordered in the same quantity. The Contracting Authority undertakes to call off 70% of the specified frame amount by value, and any call-off beyond this is only an option. No other quantitative data can be provided. Due to the need for unified support and platform management, the devices offered are expected to be from the same manufacturer and to be identical in both technical and external and internal physical properties (e.g., product family, series, color). Detailed technical conditions are included in the technical description issued as part of the documentation. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that any reference to a make, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, or patent or trademark specified in the technical description has been made to define the subject of the procurement unambiguously, taking into account the provisions of Section 46 (3) and (5) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X. 30.) on the manner of proving suitability and exclusion grounds and defining the technical description of public procurement, and that the phrase "or equivalent" must always be understood after the designation! The phrase "or equivalent" must also always be understood after the designation of the referenced standard, technical approval, regulation, or recommendation.
