Portable Raman spectrometer

Part 1: Purchase of a portable Raman spectrometer: 1 pc RAMAN spectrometer, optical probe and stage, laser, software/hardware, installation, training, support. The subject of the purchase is a portable, fiber-optic Raman spectrometer system, suitable for examining samples in various states of aggregation (powder, solid, liquid, field samples), and meeting the technical and software requirements of modern analytical measurements. The system: • Operates with a 532 nm green laser (at least 30 mW power, adjustable, Class 3B safety). • Capable of measurements in the spectral range of 90–3710 cm⁻¹. • Features high-quality optics (spectrograph with at least 140 mm focal length, 1200 lines/mm grating). • Includes a high-resolution CCD detector (at least 1650×200 pixels, Peltier cooled to -55 °C), with low noise and fast readout (up to 250 spectra/sec). • Offers outstanding spectral resolution (better than 3.5 cm⁻¹/pixel, or 2 cm⁻¹/pixel in specific ranges). • Confoal measurement capability with high precision (sub-micrometer XY and Z resolution with appropriate objectives). • Includes a Rayleigh filter and a calibration reference sample. • Comes with a protected, wheeled carrying case suitable for transport. Optical probe and mechanics: • Fiber-optic probe. • Includes multiple objectives (10×, 20×, 50×) with specified NA and working distance values. • A stable, adjustable stand and an XYZ-movable stage are provided (with coarse and fine positioning). • Tripod stand with adjustment options along three axes. • Integrated white light illumination and observation system for sample visualization. Software and control: • A portable control unit is included with the system. • The software is capable of: o controlling measurement parameters and devices, o handling various measurement modes, o advanced data processing (e.g., deconvolution, background correction, curve fitting, statistical analysis), o analyzing spectra (peak finding, labeling). • Data export in multiple formats (ASCII, JCamp-DX, SPC, MatLab, BMP). • Easy data transfer to external systems. • Perpetual license, installable on multiple workstations. Warranty: 12 months mandatory warranty and – as offered by the bidder – an additional 0-12 months of extended warranty offered within the evaluation. If the contracting authority has specified types or manufacturers anywhere in the call for tenders or in the procurement documents, this has been done to clearly define the technical parameters or the nature of the subject matter for easier identification, and in all cases, an "equivalent" type and manufacturer is also implied.
