Important: This is contingent on federal funding which will be confirmed on or before December 11, 2026. CASC seeks bids from hotels ONLY (no third-party companies or event planners) in Exmore, VA for two (2) nights for approximately 5 people (estimated) on January 31, and 10 people (estimated) on February 1, 2027. The final attendee count will be confirmed prior to the event. Hotel should be within 5 miles and 15 minutes from 28598 Beacon Road, Melfa, VA 23410.
