Original language: noHovedbankavtalen dreier seg i all hovedsak om å sikre at en bank ivaretar oppdragsgiver sitt behov for en sikker og trygg elektronisk betalingsformidling (herunder inn- og utbetalinger fra Oppdragsgivers bankkontoer) og tilhørende tjenester som er nødvendige for å sikre denne betalingsformidlingen. Slik elektronisk betalingsformidling skjer gjennom bruk og transaksjoner mellom bankens datasystemer og Oppdragsgivers økonomi- / regnskapssystemer. Denne type tjenesteanskaffelse innebærer i hovedsak tilgang til nødvendige banksystemer og bruk av disse, men videre noe bruk av menneskelige ressurser. Dette gjelder ansatte og konsulenter tilknyttet banken, hvis oppgave er å drifte / kontrollere og videreutvikle nødvendige systemer og tjenester (rapporter /analyser, mm).
