Bidder provides Hardware Indemnity policy for any defective cartridge damaging ECA’s printer, the supplier covers the repair costs.

Bidder provides Patent Safe guarantee
6.
Bidder to provide evidence of product quality & performance by providing tests of cartridges using established industry standards like ISO/IEC 19752 (for monochrome) or ISO/IEC 19798 (for color), accurately reflecting real-world, continuous printing.
7.
Bidder confirms to provide all details required for transit of the item/s upon request/ Purchase Order. (itemized details (after PO packing list), dimensions (Exact length, width, and height of each package, box, or pallet), weight (gross and net), volume, etc.
