Original language: fiVarsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueen Tyks Isotooppiosastolla on tarve hankkia StarGuide GX SPECT/TT-laite GE Healthcare Finland Oy:ltä. StarGuide GX on 3D-rengasrakenteinen SPECT/TT-laite, joka mahdollistaa yleisesti käytössä olevien diagnostisten ja terapeuttisten radionuklidien (mm. 99mTc, 123I, 177Lu, 131I ja 225Ac) lähettämän säteilyn häiriöttömän kuvantamisen sekä yleisimpien staattisten, dynaamisten ja monienergisten SPECT/TT-tutkimusten suorittamisen. Julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annetun lain (1397/2016) 40 §:n 2 momentin 2 kohdan mukaan hankintayksikkö voi valita suorahankinnan, jos teknisestä tai yksinoikeuden suojaamiseen liittyvästä syystä vain tietty toimittaja voi toteuttaa hankinnan; lisäedellytyksenä on, että järkeviä vaihtoehtoisia tai korvaavia ratkaisuja ei ole eikä kilpailun puuttuminen johdu hankinnan ehtojen keinotekoisesta kaventamisesta. Yksikön käyttämät radionuklidit edellyttävät kuvantamisjärjestelmältä kykyä vastaanottaa ja käsitellä laajaa, noin 40-500 keV:n energiaspektriä. Hankittava laite on markkinoiden ainoa SPECT/TT-järjestelmä, jossa on kaksipuolinen detektori. Kaksipuoleisen detektorin toisella puolella on matala- sekä keskienergiselle säteilylle ja toisella puolella korkeille säteilyenergioille optimoitu kollimaattori, jolloin spektrin ääripäiden häiriötön mittaus ei perustu laskennallisiin menetelmiin vaan suoraan mitatun säteilyn määrään ja energiaan. Matalaenergiselle säteilylle optimoitu kollimaattori mahdollistaa korkeamman tilavuusherkkyyden (≥ 1000 kcps/MBq/cm3) radionuklideille kuten 99mTc, jolloin pienikokoisten ja matalakontrastisten löydösten luotettavampi havaitseminen sekä pienemmän potilasaktiivisuuden käyttö on mahdollista. Lisäksi korkeille energioille optimoitu kollimaattori mahdollistaa laajemman korkeampien gammapiikkien mittaamisen kuten 131I nuklidin, 177Lu nuklidin kummankin ja 225Ac nuklidin kaikkien kolmen gammapiikin mittaamisen.
