Zo ja, kom dan GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland versterken als Human Resources (Beleids)Adviseur 24 uur Geen dag is hetzelfde binnen team HR. Zo ben je onderweg naar een van onze locaties om een pensioentraject te bespreken en zo sluit je aan in het directie management teamoverleg om jouw nieuwe beleidsvoorstel te presenteren. Daarom zoeken wij tijdelijk, ter versterking van ons team, een HR-adviseur die het hele palet beheerst: van beleidsontwikkeling en het ontwikkelen van HR-instrumenten tot het zijn van een betrokken sparringpartner voor het leidinggevenden en onze medewerkers van het organisatieonderdeel Jeugdgezondheidszorg (JGZ). Je vertaalt actuele ontwikkelingen naar concrete beleidsvoorstellen en praktische HR-instrumenten. Verder ontwikkel je HR-regelingen en doet hiervoor voorstellen, adviseer je over uiteenlopende personele vraagstukken en voer je gesprekken op diverse niveaus. Je draagt bij aan thema?s zoals strategische personeelsplanning, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, onboarding, ontwikkelen en opleiden, implementatie CAO trajecten.Deze opdracht wordt bij voorkeur ingevuld op detacheringsbasis en niet op ZZP basis.
