Hij/zij/hen adviseert en maakt beleid, vertaalt gemeentelijke en HR-beleidsontwikkelingen naar de praktijk en draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van organisatiedoelstellingen en het versterken van de organisatieontwikkeling bij de Gemeente Midden-Groningen.Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden Signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen en buiten de organisatie en deze vertalen naar HR-beleid en -advies. Begeleiden van verandertrajecten en bijdragen aan organisatieontwikkeling Adviseren bij complexe casu?stiek, zoals verzuim, disfunctioneren en arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties. Opstellen en actualiseren van HR-beleidsplannen en regelingen in samenwerking met de beleidsadviseur HR. Samenwerken binnen het beleidsteam van HR aan thema?s als evaluatie waarderingsbeleid, inpassen nieuwe bepalingen CAO 2025, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.
