Wij zoeken een HR businesspartner die: Werkzaamheden: ? Adviseur en sparringpartner voor teamleiders en collega?s HR businesspartner op gebied van HR-zaken ? Voor enkele teamleiders verantwoordelijk voor HR-advies op casu?stiek (ongeveer 110 medewerkers) ? Verantwoordelijk voor inwerken junior HR businesspartner en begeleiden ontwikkeltraject junior HR businesspartner tot HR businesspartner ? Bewaken en regie voeren op onderdelen van het jaarplan team HR & Communicatie, waaronder verander- vraagstukken ? Bijdragen aan professionaliseren HR; o.a. positionering HR, innovatie processen ? Al naar gelang de behoefte optreden als aanjager, adviseur en inhoudelijk klankbord tijdens overleggen. Reden van uitvraag: De HR businesspartner gaat eerder dan verwacht met vervroegd pensioen. Vooruitlopend op dit pensioen hebben we binnen het taakveld een jr HR businesspartner aangenomen, die in een aantal jaar doorgroeit tot HR businesspartner. E?n van de taken van de vertrekkende HR businesspartner is het inwerken en begeleiden van deze jr HR businesspartner. Daarbij is de opgave van het taakveld groot, gezien de ontwikkelopgave van de organisatie en van het taakveld zelf, waardoor waarborging van de continu?teit van de advisering op strategisch en tactisch niveau belangrijk is.
