Voor onze afdeling Advies en Ondersteuning (locatie stadhuis Waalwijk) zoeken wij een zelfstandige professional die tijdelijk (samen met een andere collega) de personeelsadministratie op zich neemt, ons HR-team ondersteunt ?n de doorontwikkeling van ons e-hrm systeem uitvoert. Je werkt met AFAS (Profit en Insite) en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over salaris, cao of HR-processen.Werkzaamheden:- Verwerken van mutaties zoals nieuwe medewerkers (onboarding), ziekteverzuim (inclusief UWV-portaal), en declaraties- Beantwoorden van salaris- en HR-vragen van collega?s (per e-mail, telefoon of persoonlijk)- Ondersteunen van HR-adviseurs bij administratieve en systeemtechnische zaken- Vanuit jouw expertise op het gebied van personeels- en salarisadministratie, uitvoering geven aan de verdere implementatie van AFAS: denk hierbij aan onboarding/beoordelen & gesprekken cyclus/begrotingsmodule etc.
