The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a single supplier Contract to meet the following requirements: The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform the following duties: Works include (but are not limited to): โข Interior and exterior painting โข Ceiling painting โข Joinery and trim painting including architraves, frames, skirting, window boards, and doors Typical work areas may include: โข Wall surface areas up to and exceeding 250mยฒ โข Ceiling surface areas up to and exceeding 100mยฒ โข Internal joinery quantities up to and exceeding: โข 100m architraves/frames โข 5m window boards โข 20mยฒ doors โข 100m skirting HSE UHK seeks to balance operating cost with adequate supply service.
