Description

Le présent marché concerne les travaux d’étanchéité nécessaires à la réalisation de nouveaux acrotères périphériques, de socles techniques en toiture, de nouvelles souches traversantes, de sorties sanitaires et de naissances d’eaux pluviales. Il comprend également le renforcement général du complexe d’étanchéité existant par la mise en œuvre d’une nouvelle membrane bitumineuse haute performance ainsi que d’une isolation thermique inversée de protection. Les travaux devront garantir une parfaite étanchéité de l’enveloppe du bâtiment pendant et après les interventions, tout en assurant la compatibilité avec les nouvelles structures techniques prévues en toiture. Le marché comprend l’ensemble des prestations nécessaires à la réalisation complète des ouvrages, notamment les travaux préparatoires, les protections provisoires, les adaptations du complexe existant, les raccordements aux éléments traversants, la fourniture et la mise en œuvre des matériaux d’étanchéité, les travaux d’isolation thermique, les essais, contrôles, finitions, ainsi que l’évacuation des matériaux déposés.
