Description

Le marché porte sur des prestations de codage médical destinées à compléter la capacité de l'équipe interne de codage des HUG, pour le codage des diagnostics (CIM-10-GM) et des actes et interventions (CHOP) des dossiers qui sont délégués au Prestataire. Le marché constitue un lot unique. Le codage doit être réalisé exclusivement par des codeuses et codeurs médicaux humains qualifiés, à l'exclusion de tout recours, par le Prestataire, à un outil de codage assisté ou automatisé par intelligence artificielle, à quelque étape que ce soit du processus, conformément aux exigences définies dans le Cahier des charges techniques (CCT). Les HUG souhaitent conclure des contrats-cadres avec un maximum de deux prestataires spécialisés afin de sécuriser, pérenniser et améliorer la réactivité, la continuité de service et la qualité du codage délégué.
