Waste collection special-purpose machine for rural collection 7 pcs

The Ministry of Construction and Transport, in accordance with Government Decree 339/2014, is conducting the present public procurement procedure in its name and for the benefit of the Final Beneficiary as a joint contracting authority and manager. The Final Beneficiary and Joint Contracting Authority is the Association for Regional Development of the Municipalities of Homokháti, and the contract will be concluded with the successful bidder by the Association for Regional Development of the Municipalities of Homokháti. Part 1 of the public procurement procedure concerns the procurement of the following waste collection and transport vehicles: Expected main technical parameters, detailed in the Technical Specification: 1. 7 pcs Other waste collection special-purpose machines for rural collection 2. 7 pcs trailers The contracting authority accepts only new, previously unused machines for both the waste collection special-purpose machines and their associated trailers. 1. Trailer 1. – 7 pcs - expected technical parameters: • Gross weight min. 6000 kg • Unladen weight: max. 1300 kg • Single-axle, non-driven vehicle, overrun brake design • Mechanically adjustable support leg height • Loading area length: min. 2,800 mm, • Loading area width: min. 1,800 mm • Loading area height: min 400 mm basic side level • Usable loading capacity: min. 4 m3 • The sides of the trailer must have removable extensions of at least 400 mm on each side • Tarpaulin fastening eyes fitted all around the sides and extensions, easily removable tarpaulin cover • The platform must be designed to be hydraulically tiltable on 3 sides • Design of a mobile access ladder connectable to the vehicle body, non-slip ribbed design of the steps • Delivered with technical inspection The bidder may deliver the machines in several installments within the delivery deadline, but the full quantity must be delivered within the delivery deadline. The respective special-purpose machine can only be delivered together with its associated trailer. The successful bidder is responsible for providing theoretical and practical training for 2 people for each type of item delivered, related to its commissioning and use, at least once for 4 hours/person at the place of performance. The successful bidder's training obligation is to be understood separately for each machine. The duration of the training counts towards the performance deadline. The successful bidder is obliged to provide other related services specified in the Technical Specification, including in particular the delivery of the machine to the site, its commissioning, as well as carrying out the training, and providing a service center during the warranty period.
