Subject: Procurement of Microsoft software licenses within the EES (Enrollment for Education Solutions) Microsoft volume licensing program. (Abbreviated name: HUN-REN Microsoft software license procurement) Quantity: Renewal of existing Microsoft licenses and procurement of new licenses required for the operation of the IT systems of HUN-REN and its managed institutions within the framework of an open procedure for concluding a framework agreement, as follows: M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Per User 4029 pcs O365 A1 Edu Sub Per User 2304 pcs Win Server Standard Core ALng LSA 2L 258 pcs Win Remote Desktop Services CAL ALng LSA DCAL 54 pcs Defender O365 P2 Edu Sub Per User 200 pcs M365 Copilot Edu Sub Add-on 20 pcs The public procurement is aimed at concluding a framework agreement according to Section 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority does not undertake to fully exhaust the framework amount of the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority states that at least 6,865 licenses are expected to be ordered during the term of the framework agreement, and this information does not constitute a commitment. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that the Bidder must attach a detailed offer (price table) as a professional offer in addition to filling out the offer form. It is the Bidder's responsibility to price all items in the price table and submit it as part of the offer. The total net amount of the priced Excel table must match the amount indicated on the offer form. The offer price must be stated in HUF. When converting prices specified in foreign currency during the offer submission, the bidder must use the mid-exchange rates determined by the National Bank of Hungary valid on the day of the publication of the invitation to tender. The Contracting Authority may deviate from the quantities specified here by up to 20% within the framework amount specified in the contract, based on which it is entitled to place further orders with a unilateral declaration at the price fixed in the contract during its term. Where the Contracting Authority refers to goods of a specified make or origin, the phrase "or equivalent" shall always be understood in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.). The bidder must prove the equivalence.
