(Rövidített elnevezés: HUN-REN Microsoft szoftverlicenc beszerzés) Mennyiség: A HUN-REN és az általa irányított intézmények informatikai rendszerének működéséhez szükséges már meglévő Microsoft licencek megújítása és új licencek beszerzése keretmegállapodás megkötésére irányuló nyílt eljárás keretében az alábbiak szerint: M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Per User 4029 db O365 A1 Edu Sub Per User 2304 db Win Server Standard Core ALng LSA 2L 258 db Win Remote Desktop Services CAL ALng LSA DCAL 54 db Defender O365 P2 Edu Sub Per User 200 db M365 Copilot Edu Sub Add-on 20 db A közbeszerzés Kbt. 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pont szerinti keretmegállapodás megkötésére irányul. A keretmegállapodás keretösszegének teljes kimerítésére Ajánlatkérő nem vállal kötelezettséget. Ajánlatkérő rögzíti, hogy a keretmegállapodás időtartama alatt várhatóan sor kerül legalább 6 865 db licence megrendelésére azzal, hogy a jelen tájékoztatás nem minősül kötelezettségvállalásnak. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet arra, hogy az Ajánlattevőnek részletes ajánlatot (ártáblázat) is csatolnia kell a felolvasólap kitöltésén felül szakmai ajánlatként. Ajánlattevő feladatát képezi, hogy az ártáblázatot valamennyi tételét beárazza és az ajánlat részeként benyújta. A beárazott Excel táblázat nettó összesen sorának meg kell egyezni a felolvasólapon feltüntetett összeggel. Az ajánlati árat forintban kell megadni. Az ajánlattétel során külföldi devizában meghatározott ár átváltásánál ajánlattevőnek az eljárást megindító felhívás feladásának napján érvényes Magyar Nemzeti Bank által meghatározott deviza középárfolyamokat kell alkalmaznia. Ajánlatkérő az itt meghatározott mennyiségektől legfeljebb 20%-kal a szerződésben megadott keretösszeg erejéig eltérhet, amely alapján a szerződés időbeni hatálya alatt egyoldalú nyilatkozattal további megrendelésekre jogosult a szerződésben rögzített áron. Ahol Ajánlatkérő meghatározott gyártmányú, vagy eredetű dologra hivatkozik, ott a 321/2015 (X.30.) Korm. rendelet 46.§ (3) bekezdésben foglaltaknak megfelelően minden esetben a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezés is értendő. Az egyenértékűséget ajánlattevőnek kell bizonyítania.
