HUSK Installation, maintenance and repair services for video surveillance systems HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering for the installation, maintenance, and repair of video surveillance systems required in hospitals and other facilities within the HUS Group's operational area. Such facilities are located particularly in the municipalities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, and Raasepori, but operations also extend to other locations on a smaller scale. The installation, maintenance, and repair services for video surveillance systems are described in more detail in Annex 2, Service Description, and Annexes 3-6 of the tender request. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area, unless fewer acceptable tenders are received. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option. For contractors selected for the framework agreement, a mini-competition (project-specific contract) will always be organized for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold, based on which the project-specific contractor will be selected. The prices submitted in the mini-competition must not exceed the prices agreed in the contract. However, the contractor may offer lower prices. For procurements below the national threshold (individual work orders), the contracting authority may procure the required work package from the contractor deemed most suitable and appropriate based on the situation. In such cases, the contractor's offered prices will be used. The contracting entity also has the right to conduct mini-competitions for procurements below the threshold. The volume of services to be purchased during the contract period and the locations where services are procured may vary. The contracting authority does not commit to specific procurement volumes. It is also possible to procure other products, rental equipment and machinery, or special expertise related to the subject of the procurement from the contract suppliers. The pricing of other products, rental equipment and machinery, or special expertise must follow the same principle as the prices given in the tender. The HUS Group has a total of approximately 1,300,000 gross m2 of hospital properties, including rented hospitals. Due to the large volume of properties, site visits will not be organized for the locations. Familiarization with the locations will be done with the supplier at the time of ordering.
