Description

Troms fylkeskommune skal bygge hvilebu for bussjåførene. Hvilebua skal bestå av entré, oppholdsrom med enkelt kjøkken, to WC/toaletter og et lite forrom/bakrom som fungerer som en kombinasjon av lager og rengjøringsrom. Det skal generelt benyttes materialer som gir lave drifts- og vedlikeholdskostnader. Byggevarer skal ikke inneholde stoffer som står på myndighetenes prioritetsliste for helse- og miljøfarlige stoffer. Det skal foreslås alternativer for alle byggevarer som inneholder stoffer på SFTs OBS-liste. Miljøegenskapene til de ulike byggevarene som inngår i prosjektet skal synliggjøres.
