Le présent marché porte sur la sélection d’un prestataire chargé de l’organisation, la coordination, la logistique, la technique, le catering et l’exécution opérationnelle des événements annuels organisés par la CAPAC (Caisse auxiliaire de paiement des allocations de chômage), à savoir : • la réception de Nouvel An, organisée sur neuf implantations régionales, généralement au début du mois de janvier ; • la fête du personnel, événement central organisé à Bruxelles, généralement au mois de décembre ; • le Family Day, événement à caractère familial organisé sur un site externe, généralement en septembre ; • la Journée des dirigeants, destinée aux cadres de la CAPAC, généralement organisée en mars ou avril ; • l’inauguration de nouveaux bureaux, organisée au gré des ouvertures, sans périodicité ni date fixe ; • d’autres événements ponctuels, dont la nature et la fréquence ne peuvent être déterminées à l’avance.
