Description

The National Research Council of Canada's (NRC) Centre for Drone Innovation, part of the Drone and Flight Autonomy Laboratory, has a requirement for the supply of one (1) hybrid gasoline-electric, long-endurance remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS) for off-grid and Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS)-oriented operations, the SkyScouter SK5000H (Scouter-Y medium-range configuration), including the aircraft, refuel station, companion computer, battery and charger, transport case, integrated engine telemetry, gimballed HD camera, video transmitter, payload holder, external power supply, safety parachute, altimeter sensor, onboard object avoidance, ground control station with high-gain antenna and mast, remote control, telemetry and command-and-control (C2) link, real-time video transmission, integrated satellite communications, and manufacturer-provided training..
